The 30-minute Basic class is for beginners of all ages, and provides an excellent foundation for further exploration. The 30-minute Advanced class explores deeper mind and body relaxation. Each class includes a complimentary Meditation Log so you can keep a record of your meditation sessions and chart your personal progress.
