Breathing Techniques

  • Learning to breathe is an essential activity for physical and emotional wellness. Applying proper breathing techniques supports and nourishes the cells in your body, which can help improve circulation, reduce stress, repair cells, foster growth, restore balance, and so much more.


    The 30-minute Basic class will teach you various breathing techniques to apply at different times of the day and in different situations. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome.


    The 45-minute Advanced class includes additional techniques to relax and re-energize, plus instruction in visualization. Prior completion of my Basic class is required before attending an Advanced class.
